ALLEX means “Air Liquide Leading Excellence” and it is a program for graduates with 0-3 years work experience. The aim of the program is to accelerate your career at Air Liquide by giving you the opportunity to work in a full-time position and complete two projects (3 months each) abroad during your first years in the company. These two international assignments are designed to challenge and develop you both professionally and personally.
The program is kicked off with a European onboarding event where you will get to know ALLEX colleagues from a wide range of functions across Europe. This means you will become a part of a European ALLEX network. We have ALLEX roles in all different functions: Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply chain… And in all European countries where Air Liquide is present.
In other words, the ALLEX program offers you a unique experience where you will have the best of two worlds: A full time, open ended employment contract combined with the opportunity to work abroad and learn about different parts of the business (2×3 months). Talk about accelerating your career!
As an entry job, you will start in operations team in Izmit or in Istanbul as Asset Management Specialist and your main mission is to ensure an optimized allocation of assets (cylinders, bundles, tanks and trailers) to the business by defining the group tools and best practices, reuse of second hand assets and in any case size the investment the most adapted to the customer’s request. You will elaborate and deploy the necessary processes and the appropriate KPIs to optimize asset performance.
You will need to:
Optimize the cylinder assets by analysing the demand and supply chains and controlling stocks level within the entity.
Coordinate the cylinder life cycle from procurement to testing and to retirement. Manage the testing operations.
Ensure the availability of the products for the secondary deliveries by managing the stocks of the assigned filling centers and hubs.
Organize the primary flows involving assigned filling centers according to production planning results.
We’re looking for:
University Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable universities,
Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of experience,
Excellent command over both written & spoken English,
Demonstrated ability of analytical thinking, questioning and problem solving,
Willing to accept stretch goals related to positive business results.
