We are looking for a “Digital Transformation Analyst” to take part the best role in our digital applications for the financial institutions. It is a remote position.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business or Management Information System, Industrial Engineering or another related field
- Newly graduated or maximum 3 years of experience in the Business Analysis related roles
- Knowledge about mobile application and web application technologies
- Hold self-responsible for team and individual tasks assigned
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge about SDLC, UX, CX, UI, and Agile Development methodologies (preferably)
- Certified in Design Thinking Practices, UX, and CX concepts (preferably)
- Certified as a Scrum Master (preferably)
