Our HR team is growing!

We are looking for a “Human Resources Business Partner” who will perform recruitment, training and HR Marketing tasks to help effective and efficient management of the organization’s human resources department. This is a hybrid position. The location will be in our Istanbul Maslak office.

Job Description

  • Supports and manages all aspects of hiring processes from job posting, screening applications, selecting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, managing interviews, job offer to the closing the position
  • Manages of all IT positions’ competency-based interviews
  • Manages reference check process of the candidates
  • Manages the whole job offer process
  • Manages relations, new position needs and employee processes with the assigned clients
  • Organizes and supports all aspects of new joiners’ onboarding and orientation
  • Keeps following and maintains up to date human resources files, records, and documentation
  • Supports HR leaders for innovative and efficient hiring needs
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes; also refers more complex questions to the appropriate HR leader
  • Maintains confidentiality of employee related information and human resources records
  • Provides routine and instant reports to the Executives
  • Helps planning and execution of special events and company celebrations
  • Works closely with management and employees of all levels to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Helps organizing trainings for employees
  • Manages HR marketing tasks
  • Helps for HR related operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Works with Agile methodology with an agile mindset

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT HR Recruitment related roles
  • Good team player
  • Quick learner
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the team
  • Holding self-responsibility for the team and individual tasks assigned
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to build positive rapport with employees
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn new generation HR tools and processes
  • Knowledge about Agile methodologies
  • Fluency in English (preferably)
