Aranan nitelikler:
- A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) is a plus
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in a management consulting firm or having an internal “Consultant” role in current position
- Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
- Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment
- Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words
- Ability to demonstrate active participation in internal and client meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly
- Ability to develop client relationship, identify client needs, develop solutions, actively own sales
- Excellent command of English and Turkish both written and spoken, including presentation skills
