KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum B.Sc Degree from a reputable University in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year job experience is a must
  • Background in plastic injection molding is preferred
  • Background in molding simulation or any other simulation software (ANSYS vb…) is preferred
  • Background in technical sales particularly in molding environment is preffered
  • Well-presented and ability to represent MF Software TR at the highest level
  • Good working knowledge of 2D/3D CAD/CAM softwares
  • Proven language skills in English in writing, reading and speaking
  • German language skills will be a “plus”
  • Computer literacy; intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Windows software, Office package (spreadsheets, Outlook and other Microsoft office applications)
  • Strategic technical sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment is a plus.
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate win/win solutions
  • Able to work alone and self-generate new account leads
  • Personal organisation and planning; good time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Aged below 28  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • To work with MF Software TR’s already built customer network and develop long term relationships
  • To search and develop new customer leads, accounts
  • To make market research, business development
  • To understand the needs of customers technically in depth, and to develop special offers with a differential advantage over the competitors
  • Making customer visits regularly both finding new potential business opportunities and retaining the customer network
  • Travel to customers to provide training, technical sales support, troubleshooting, and support with customer visits and trade shows
  • Preparing quotations according to cost break-down studies to his/her customers
  • To identify, develop and grow Strategic Accounts both in domestic and foreign markets
  • Provide technical support when required (on urgent cases as well as Daily basis) to customers to enable proactive feedback and assistance for the all accounts
  • Work with customers to develop specialised solutions where applicable
  • Keep customers informed of any progress/delays in responses to queries
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products/solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Build strategic, strong, long-lasting relationships with major customers
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Prepare and deliver effective technical & selling presentations that implement approved
  • Manage high level projects associated with key end customer accounts
  • Drives expectations for profitability and key account growth
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
  • Maintain systems for tracking / recording customer contact
  • Contribute to good team dynamics
