We are looking for a proactive and motivated Investment Analyst to join our team at Forte! In this role, you will have a primary role providing analysis, investment due diligence, monitoring portfolio investments, and interacting with the management.
What You’ll do:
- Perform industry and investment research on assigned independently and effectively
- Create comprehensive and clear reporting to senior management on findings and analyses
- Create memos, pitch decks and presentations for external stakeholders and partners
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and educate them on the funding
- Inform the management by identifying the enterprises that work on profitable products
- Identify startups and small companies with high potential
- Support the management during and after the investment decision phase
- Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents
- Conducts due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
- Organization of the investment round of the venture and following up the process of establishment of the relevant company
You’ll be successful here if You’ll do:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have exceptional business administration skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and formatting
- Confident, and personable communicator, comfortable dealing
- An analytical mind with a keen sense of mathematical patterns and correlations
- Passionate about technology and innovation
