Doğuş Otomotiv is Turkey’s leading automotive importer and one of the largest automotive distributors in Turkey. We are looking for an Import Spare Parts Specialist to join our Spare Parts Team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Economics, Business Administration, International Trade or Logistics etc.
Preferably at least 2 years experience in import/export operation
Analytical and problem solving oriented
Proficient in MS Office programs
Excellent command of English
Capable to work with international teams and good team player
Responsibilities:
Check estimated time of arrival and shipping details of spare parts and control delivery performance of the orders and their arrival on time
Checking customs regulations of products and entering the customs data into our system
Checking the import documents of related shipments such as Invoice, ATR, COO etc.
Establish the coordination with the customs broker and suppliers (such as VW AG, AUDI AG, Seat S.A,Porsche AG,Skoda,Scania,Bentley, Lamborghini)
Checking and controlling costs invoices regarding the import declarations and entering them in our system
Reporting the status of the orders to the management
TSE, TAREKS and customs regulation knowledge is a plus
Development of IT projects and focus on cost and process solutions in logistics
Consult and support related departments in import and export management
