About Frankfurt School:
The Regional Office of Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Middle East and North Africa (FS MENA) was established in Amman, Jordan in 2015. The Regional Office operates and works with multiple European partners and international development industry targeted at Financial Institutions in the MENA Region. FS MENA is currently looking to grow their team and welcome new enthusiastic individuals. The selected candidate may be based either in Ankara, Türkiye or Amman, Jordan, depending on candidate’s preference.

Your role:
As Project Assistant, you will support and learn from the project and business development teams while gaining handson
exposure to international development and financial sector projects. Responsibilities will include:
– Assisting with coordination of meetings, trainings, and basic logistics
– Supporting project tracking and internal documentation
– Assisting in preparing presentations, short reports, and proposal inputs
– Supporting business development research and opportunity mapping
– Supporting communication with project stakeholders under team supervision
– Providing administrative support to project teams as needed
– Supporting English-French translation tasks when required

Qualifications:
The candidate shall acquire the following:
– Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Development, or a related field
– Recent graduates are welcome to apply
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
– Strong interest in project management, business development, and international development
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
