Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “International Sales Specialist” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We’re currently seeking an experienced International Sales Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team and play a key role in expanding our international client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

Responsibilities:

-Establish initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media channels
-Promote the company’s products or services and engage potential customers in the sales process
-Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide the right solutions
-Manage inbound inquiries and maintain regular follow-up processes with potential customers
-Keep the CRM system up to date by recording customer interactions and potential opportunities
-Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team to ensure an efficient sales pipeline
-Analyze feedback to contribute to the improvement of sales processes
-Achieve targets in alignment with the company’s sales strategies

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Sales, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in international sales or related field.
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.
-Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
-Ability to adapt to different cultural and business practices while working with global clients.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple sales pipelines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
-Experience with CRM tools (especially HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
