At Quality Care Global, you will be a part of the Sales team, and be responsible for bringing in healthcare professionals, both all types of medical institutions and individual doctors, helping them to experience the perfect onboarding procedure and after transitioning them to Quality Care Global Dashboard. Another important aspect of the job is to follow up and secure the incoming hot patient leads, assisting them to navigate the website seamlessly to aid them in achieving their goal of finding the perfect healthcare provider for their needs.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Immediately contact and follow up on the incoming inbound patient leads.
Be responsible for the whole sales workflow, starting from leads processing, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings and closing the deals.
Achieve growth and hit sales monthly targets.
Record all daily activities performed to generate sales history.
Be the first contact of new healthcare partners, supporting them in the onboarding procedure and all operational and administrative issues that it entails.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have relevant experience in sales.
Excellent communication and written skills in English.
You’re motivated and energetic.
You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems.
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to problems.
You are organized: deliver stuff on time and can handle stress well.
You are social: you can easily network with people of different backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have experience in the medical healthcare area.
Good communication and written skills in multiple languages.
Have 2+ years of experience in sales.
You can come up with improved marketing strategies based on analysis of sales strategies.
Be able to analyze and improve sales workflow and strategy.
