ANKON Consulting is looking for a Project Intern for its ongoing operations in Turkey. The position will be based in ANKON Headquarters, Ankara.Students who are required to fulfill their obligatory summer internship are highly preferred.

Candidates with:

Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, and International Relations (only 3rd year students) Bachelors Degree,
Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English (Language proficiency will be tested),
Full computer literacy, advanced level of competency in MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook) will be an asset,
Previous internship experience in development consultancy or management consultancy (only governance, public sector, or advisory departments will be considered) companies will be a strong asset,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Multi-tasking skills, including the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines and attention to detail,
Capacity to work effectively within a team.

The Project Intern will be responsible for:

Providing direct administrative support for all staff of Business Development Department under direct supervision of Business Development Consultant,
Providing support for daily correspondences with companies, public authorities, local administrations, and development banks (when requested),
Supporting consortium establishment processes for upcoming tenders,
Supporting tender tracking processes, updating project pipeline regularly,
Supporting selection of project experts to be recruited for the tenders,
Daily documentation of important tender documents,
Supporting the team on preparation of administrative and technical parts of the technical proposals,
Performing other duties requested by Business Development Consultant and Portfolio Manager.
