Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Trade Support Analyst to join our trading team. As a Trade Support Analyst, you will work closely with senior trading team members and developers to execute trading strategies, analyze market data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading algorithms. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about quantitative finance or who thinks in numbers and eager to make an impact in the world of high-frequency trading.
Responsibilities that you will start to take on from day one:
Assist in the execution of trading strategies across various asset classes, within cryptocurrencies.
Monitor market activity and trading sessions and analyze real-time data to identify trading opportunities and optimize trading algorithms.
Support the entire trade life cycle; execution, reconciliation, inventory utilization
Collaborate with developers to implement improvements and enhancements to trading systems and algorithms.
Conduct research to develop and backtest new trading strategies, leveraging statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques.
Monitor and manage trading risk exposure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, performance metrics and internal risk limits.
Stay abreast of market trends and developments in high-frequency trading technology and market structure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with traders, developers, and other team members.
Basic financial literacy (knowledge of interest rate and volatility concepts)
Bachelor’s degree in STEM
Remaining calm and decisive under unexpected circumstances
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of uncertainty and statistics
Proficiency in English on business level
Be located within the range of US West Coast to Europe time zones (GMT-8 to GMT+3)
Exposure to crypto markets in particular
Some qualifications that will make you a perfect fit for this job:
Programming experience in languages such as Python, C++, C, or Rust is desirable.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., R, MATLAB) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
Prior experience or internships in high-frequency trading, algorithmic trading, or quantitative finance is preferred but not required.
Past experience working with anything about ultra low latency systems, http requests, electronic communication protocols such as FIX, OUCH, real time data parsing would be amazing to have
