Who Are We?
Since its establishment in 2011, Sade Software and Consulting has partnered with leading institutions across the Public, Banking, Insurance, and Energy sectors. We specialize in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Mining, Reporting, and Data & System Integration, utilizing both licensed and open-source products, with an emphasis on SAS Software.
We are currently seeking team members to join us as a Senior Data Analytics Specialist on both domestic and international projects. As part of the Sade Software and Consulting team, you’ll work on data analytics and technology integration, alongside 50+ employees at our offices in Istanbul, Ankara, and Slovenia.
Our Istanbul Office is located on Marmara University Teknokent Süreyyapaşa campus.
Our Ankara Office is in Ostim Teknokent Turkuaz Building.
A hybrid work model is in place, with two required in-office days each week.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MIS, or Statistics.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, TSQL.
Experience with various ETL tools.
Solid understanding of data analysis and data warehousing.
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Preferably, entry-level knowledge and experience with SAS platforms.
Willingness to work on-site with project partner institutions if required.

Fluent in English and comfortable with teamwork.
Job Description:
Conduct business analysis and define requirements with all project stakeholders.
Support infrastructure design to align with project requirements.
Participate in project implementation processes.
Conduct customer meetings, including kick-offs, presentations, and evaluation sessions.
Create and organize ETL pipelines based on project needs.
Develop business rules, design interfaces, and ensure data flow according to client and project specifications.
Create test scenarios and define acceptance criteria.
Assist in the creation and automation of data quality business rules.
Support the management of Business Terms.
Collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders to understand and address problems.
Additional Knowledge by Department:
For the Audit and Fraud Analytics Projects Department, familiarity with SAP FICO and SAP MM modules is advantageous.For the Banking Fraud Projects Department, familiarity with common fraud schemes and risks in the banking sector is preferred.
