Throughout the day, you will explore our Gebkim Plant through an immersive factory tour, meet our Operations Director and technical leadership team, and gain first-hand insights into the people, technologies, and processes behind our operations.
Building on this experience, you will collaborate with your teammates to solve a real manufacturing challenge inspired by real production operations and present your solutions to a jury.
