We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the legal team and primarily involve supporting attorneys in various legal matters. The role is expected to work remotely and in accordance with New York time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, contracts, and filings.
- Conduct legal research and compile case-related information.
- Support the legal team in reviewing and organizing documents for case preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring proper documentation for all legal matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, American Literature and Culture, or Social Science are encouraged to apply. However, please note that candidates with a degree in Law are not eligible for this position.
- Proficiency in English, particularly strong written skills
- A passion for technology and proficiency in its use
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
