About the Role
We are transforming a defense-grade software system into a product designed for everyday civilian use.
Originally built for the aerospace and defense industry, our platform is powerful and technically complex. Our mission is to simplify, restructure, and evolve it into an intuitive, scalable solution suitable for civilian markets.
We are looking for a hybrid profile who can bridge engineering and user experience — someone who understands how systems work and how users think.
What You Will Do?
• Lead the product transformation from defense use to civilian application
• Simplify complex workflows and system features
• Define product requirements and prioritize features
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction concepts
• Work closely with software engineers and stakeholders
• Translate technical capabilities into practical, usable solutions
• Contribute to product roadmap and long-term vision
Who You Are?
You are either:
• A graduate in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with UI/UX knowledge
OR
A UI/UX designer with completed programming coursework or solid understanding of software fundamentals
You should have:
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product, UI/UX, or software-related roles
• Prototyping tools knowledge (Figma, etc.)
• A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• A solid programming foundation — you understand system architecture, APIs, and how software components interact
• The ability to confidently communicate with developers and technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex systems
• A product ownership mindset — you take responsibility beyond design or documentation
• Curiosity, initiative, and the courage to challenge existing structures
Nice to Have
• Experience with complex or enterprise software
• Experience in high-security or defense-related environments
• Agile / Scrum knowledge
What This Role Is Not?
This is not a maintenance or backlog-only role.
This is a product transformation role — reshaping a technically advanced system into a user-centered civilian product.
