In line with this growth, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with strong technical expertise and a solid sales mindset to be responsible for North Africa markets (MEA – Middle East & Africa).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Advanced proficiency in Arabic and French
Experience or strong interest in technical sales, customer relations, or field sales activities
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with strong follow-up and reporting discipline
Result-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility and strong representation capability
No restrictions for frequent international travel
Job Description
Execute promotion and sales activities for Armtek products and solutions in assigned markets
Conduct technical and commercial meetings with existing and prospective customers
Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate products and technical solutions
Manage the sales process end-to-end, including quotations, negotiations, and closing
Track and report sales activities, market trends, and results on a regular basis
Share market, customer, and competitor insights with headquarters
Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships
