About the Role
We are looking for a Research Analyst at an early career stage who is eager to learn, curious about data and research, and motivated to work closely with senior leadership on real analytical projects.
This role is designed as a mentorship-based working model. You will work in close collaboration with senior leadership, receiving hands-on guidance, regular feedback, and increasing responsibility over time. Rather than performing isolated tasks, you will be directly involved in real research, data analysis, and client-facing projects from day one.
This role is ideal for someone who is at the beginning of their career and is looking to build strong analytical foundations through hands-on work; who enjoys learning by doing; and who is motivated by close collaboration, constructive feedback, and early responsibility rather than rigid job boundaries or narrowly defined tasks.

Supporting documentation tasks such as codebooks and terminology glossaries
Participating in internal discussions and, when needed, client or project meetings (in Istanbul or outside Istanbul)
Taking role in ongoing research projects in collaboration with international organizations such as the The World Bank and UN Agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from one of the following universities: Bilkent University, Koç University, Boğaziçi University, Sabancı University, ODTÜ, İTÜ, or Özyeğin University
