HR & Recruitment Intern
About the Internship
Join JobTeq Solutions as an HR & Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and recruitment within a young, international and fast-growing startup environment in Bratislava, Slovakia.
This is a 3-month, full-time internship starting from February 2027, with flexible starting dates depending on your availability.
Your Responsibilities
As an HR & Recruitment Intern, you will support our team in:
Supporting HR and recruitment activities and daily HR operations
Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Responding to employee questions and supporting employee relations
Preparing and maintaining HR documentation and employee records
Supporting recruitment-related tasks, including candidate sourcing and screening
Assisting with HR and employee-related projects
Collaborating with an international and multicultural team
Contributing ideas to improve our HR processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
B2 level of English or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment and Employee Relations
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
No previous professional experience required — students and motivated candidates are welcome to apply
