Your Role:
- Help design and build an AI-powered automation system to streamline our recruitment process.
- Automate manual workflows, including reading job descriptions, finding matching candidate profiles, and filtering applicants.
- Configure systems to automatically extract data and input candidate details into our trackers.
- Set up automated drafting of customized outreach emails.
- Utilize prompt engineering to instruct AI models to evaluate text and extract data accurately.
- Manage API integrations and move data smoothly between different platforms using tools like Make or n8n.
What You Need:
- B2 English level (or higher)
- Studying Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a similar field
- Understanding of prompt engineering and how to instruct AI models
- Comfortable with API integrations and workflow automation tools (e.g., Make, n8n)
- Basic scripting skills in Python are a great advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and automation
