What you’ll be doing
• Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, reliable and human-centered, behavioral change software platform
• Playing an instrumental role in improving the AI capabilities, especially NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Developing APIs and integrating with 3rd party APIs
Desired skills and experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics etc.), and/or currently pursuing education in master’s programs
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building and implementing predictive models, including data discovery, model validation, evaluation and presentation
• Decent experience in both academic research and research and development projects
• Strong knowledge of theories and practices of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Neural Language Models, Sentiment Analysis
• Strong experience in Python, data modeling, and SQL
• Experience supervising junior team members
• Passion for making an impact
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and new domains
