Job Description
Essential Responsibilities

As an Aviation EEDP, you will:

Work on at least 3 rotations in various engineering sub-sections over 2-3 years providing different work experiences.
Receive technical trainings, deliver weekly home works (average 10 hours study requires), mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
Improve your soft skills with various leadership development trainings.
Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering in Istanbul Technical University.
Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas
As an Edison Engineer in TTC, job assignments are primarily focused on Turbomachinery Design, you have the opportunity to work on a variety of high priority teams, potentially including mechanical hardware design (such as Airfoil, Structure, Rotor, Combustor), aeromechanics, thermal system design, stress and life analysis, manufacturing, repair, additive, and more.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Material Science Engineering similar, or similar disciplines
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Maximum 3 years professional experience

Desirable Qualifications:

Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing
GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall
Strong dedication to a career in technology and a real passion and curiosity for engineering
Demonstrated an analytical approach to problem solving, learning agility
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
Demonstrated and enthusiastic leadership and teambuilding skills
