Job Description
Join Talent-Ray, a Dubai-based AI talent management platform redefining how companies hire by combining psychometric assessments, AI-driven screening, and performance intelligence. As our Product Experience Intern, you will serve as the connective tissue between our product and our enterprise clients. Working directly with the founding team (METU alumni and former MBB consultants, Professors in Org Behaviour), you will gain real ownership from day one. You will help ensure our platform genuinely delights users, gather critical product feedback, and actively contribute to the roadmap of a high-growth AI startup

Genuinely curious about Artificial Intelligence and eager to push its limits in real business contexts
Open to anyone with the drive to commit — from prep school to PhD, your degree doesn’t define your seat at the table.
Structured thinker capable of translating messy client feedback into clear, actionable product requirements
Energetic and creative mindset with a proactive approach to bringing new ideas to the table
Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup
Responsibilities
Be the one who walks in and says “why aren’t we using AI for this?” — and actually gets a yes
Support the onboarding and day-to-day success of enterprise clients using the Talent-Ray platform
Gather product feedback, identify surfacing patterns, and feed insights directly into the product roadmap
Collaborate directly with co-founders on strategic product decisions and feature prioritization
