We are interested in candidates with Digital Signal Processing and Software-Defined Radio (SDR) development experience.

Key Responsibilites:

Solving technical problems in the areas of digital signal processing, communications and signals collection.
Design, develop and test algorithms for Software Defined Radios.
Build and operate laboratory-based Software-Defined Radio (SDR) setups.
Conduct literature surveys for algorithm selection and build algorithms for signal detection, identification, demodulation and decoding of captured signals.
Writing software to interact with the SDRs, developing test software and drivers to support integration and testing of all SDR functionalities.
Writing C/C++ and Python based software in a Linux environment
Collaborating closely with FPGA, RF/antenna, and software engineers to design and validate software-defined radio systems
Writing and maintaining documentation for in-house IP and other software


Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on DSP
Minimum 2 years of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Software Defined Radios (SDR) development experience
Excellent foundation in DSP and Communication Theory
Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms and communication theory (e.g., modulation types, FEC, filter design, clock recovery, signal detection, channel effects)
Basic understanding of RF elements such as LNA, LNB, attenuators, couplers etc.
Familiarity with wireless communication standards and EW concepts
Proficiency in Linux based OS
Experience with at Python and C++
Experience with Git


Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in GnuRadio is a huge plus.
Experience with SDRs like USRP, HackRF, RTLSDR, BladeRF is a huge plus.
Proficiency with RF test equipments like spectrum analyzers and vector network analyzers
Holding a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is an additional advantage.
